YOUR HOME IN VALTELLINA
Welcome to our little agriturismo in Valtellina
Located in Villa di Tirano, we propose to you a stay of tranquillity, immersed among vineyards and orchards of the farm and our beautiful mountains.
The farm Life in The Country was born from the passion for the agriculture of our family.
From August 2013 we offer our guests a service of bed and breakfast inside the farm.
The farmhouse has kept where possible to the structures in stone of the existing, to the plasters we used the biocalce, a eco-friendly product is known for properties breathable and thermo-regulating, which helps to make the environment rustic and cozy.
The air of all environments, is continuously exchanged and purified from a plant controlled mechanical ventilation.
Favored by the broad sunshine of the area, we also decided to integrate in the roof of the building, a photovoltaic plant of 18.4 kWp , which allows us to produce more than 20'000 kWh of electrical energy, with which we cover extensively to meet the energy needs of the building. The electrical energy produced in the photovoltaic system, in fact, feeds a heat pump, which generates the thermal energy required for the operation of the floor heating and domestic hot water production without any harmful emission in your environment.
The Rooms
You can stay and of two rooms with private bathroom obtained by the recent renovation of old rural building, taste our typical local products in the breakfast room adjacent to the rooms. The farmhouse has an independent entrance and covered parking inside the property.

Our farm holidays is composed by two large rooms, rustic and warm.
Both are equipped with elegant private bathroom and a balcony with views towards the vignti and terraces retici.The floor heating and the renewal controlled of the air make the environment extremely comfortable.
